Returns & Exchanges

At Collecteebles, we want you to love your curation. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Collecteebles account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn, and include your printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
